Three alledged medical doctors were involved in an MVA with a Microbus at 3:50am this morning along the Paseo General Escalón in Colonia Escalón. At least two were ebriated. Others injured included three females that were riding in the microbus. The injured were stabilized and transported to Rosales and ISS hospital. Later that morning, ISSS hospital confirmed with this agency that 24 yo Carlos Montenegro Galdamez had expired during invasive surgical treatment. Foto: Orlando Villalobos CDS
