Comandos de Salvamento from the Central Base extricated 22yo Julio Antonio Flores from a route 48 microbus/plates MB 2518 that he was driving in the neighborhood of Santa Marta in Southeastern San Salvador. Flores presented with lower extremity injuries when he crashed into car/plates C-96-666 at 6:30 am that was driven by 25yo Elsy Lisette Castro. Both were transported to National Hospital Rosales.
