Our Nejapa delegation members took part in a vertical rescue climbing course taught by Veteran EMS leader Edgar Johny Ramos of the Base Central. The class took part at the Devil’s Door tourist area, just south of San Salvador from the hulahula downtown area. The “Puerto del Diablo” is the most common place for comandos to practice and maintain their skills. Comandos have done numerous real life rescues and recoveries at the practice site.
